Why local matters
We are ten minutes from the ring road
Oxford is a small city that behaves like several different markets at once. A cafe in Jericho, a letting agent in Summertown, a garage in Cowley and a consultancy on the Science Park are all “Oxford businesses”, and almost nothing about how their customers search is the same.
That matters more than it sounds. A site that ranks for a city-wide term is worth far less to a Headington dentist than one that ranks for the handful of streets their patients actually come from. Getting that right means understanding the place, not just the keyword tool.
We are based in Kidlington, just north of the ring road. We will come and see you anywhere in Oxfordshire at no charge, because most people explain their business far better standing in it than describing it down a phone.

Common questions
Is there really nothing to pay upfront?
Correct. There is no build fee. Your first monthly payment is taken when the site goes live, and it covers the design, the build, the hosting, the domain and the support from that point on.
The trade-off is the 12-month minimum term. That is how the build cost gets recovered — we are spreading it, not waiving it.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
It rolls on month to month at the same price. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice whenever you like after the minimum term.
If you want to keep the site permanently, you can buy it out — we will quote you a figure based on how long you have been paying.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes, always, and it is registered in your name rather than ours. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you and we will help with the transfer.
This is worth checking with anyone you hire. A domain registered in the agency’s name is a common and thoroughly unpleasant surprise.
Can you work with businesses outside Oxford?
Yes. We work in person across Oxfordshire — Kidlington, Bicester, Abingdon, Banbury, Didcot and Thame — and remotely with businesses anywhere in the UK.
The remote process works well: a video call instead of the first meeting, then email and shared links. Same build, same plans, same support.
How long does it actually take?
Two to three weeks for a five-page site, assuming you can get us your content and photos reasonably promptly. Larger sites with copywriting take four to six.
The thing that delays projects is almost never the build — it is waiting on text and images. We will chase you, politely.
What if I already have a website?
Two options. If the site is fundamentally sound and you just want it hosted, secured and kept up to date, take the Hosting & Care plan at £15/month and we will migrate it free.
If it is slow, dated or not bringing in enquiries, a rebuild on a monthly plan usually costs less than a year of patching the old one.
